Testing Device Information

Blower Door (whole-house infiltration test) – AIR LEAKAGE REDUCES COMFORT by allowing moisture to penetrate your home, and can be responsible for as much as 40% of your heating and cooling costs! Our Energy Star certified technicians use the latest pressurization technology to find the air leaks through doors, walls, windows, ceilings, floors, attic and crawl spaces.
Duct Blaster (duct leakage test) – The average duct system leaks 30% of conditioned air into your attic or crawlspace, resulting in higher bills and shortening the life of your equipment because it has to work harder. Our specialized equipment will detect and locate the problem.

Single Room Diagnosis
If you have a known trouble spot such as a single hot/cold room, leaky windows, or a hot attic we can diagnose the cause of your problem and recommend the most cost effective solution. Infrared imaging detects invisible problems behind surface materials such as flooring, cabinets, and drywall, resulting in minimal site disruption and preventing unnecessary and costly repairs. *Includes infrared scan up to a maximum of 400 sqft.

Whole House Infrared Scan
We’ll scan your entire home with infrared imaging equipment to quickly diagnose thermal envelope weaknesses. Infrared imaging allows us to see behind drywall and other surface materials to detect inadequate or missing insulation that would otherwise be invisible. Identifying these trouble spots allows for targeted repairs which can result in dramatic savings.
Healthy Home BASIC Inspection
Our Energy Star certified inspectors perform door blower test to pinpoint air infiltration that could be drawing unconditioned air and dangerous toxins into your home. Also, includes a complete visual inspection of your home, top to bottom, inside and out, gathering necessary data to develop a comprehensive Home Energy Report, identifying the most beneficial, lowest cost areas of improvement.
