Your class experience is largely determined by the instructor you have... and so is your test score. Our Florida, Dubai, and Puerto Rico classes are held by Greg Hamra. Greg Hamra is a LEED® Accredited Professional and a senior LEED trainer at Everblue Training Institute, the USGBC’s largest education provider. Over the past 20+ years, Greg has provided training services to thousands of professionals in hundreds of businesses worldwide. By lending his expertise to the environmental sustainability efforts of the US Green Building Council, he fulfills his long-time passion for teaching while having a positive impact on the environment by championing sustainable design and living as an ambassador of the LEED standards. Greg's specialty is facilitating LEED exam prep courses for those seeking professional accreditation.
In the past year, Greg has taught over 1000 building professionals and has been instrumental in helping them achieve their professional LEED credentials. Greg's high-impact sessions are fun and taught with a very straightforward, practical approach. Students in Greg's classes will be challenged, inspired and made to think about much more than just the LEED credits to pass a test. He evokes significant student participation and livens up classes with tips and anecdotes for leading a greener lifestyle. Because Greg has a gift for turning dry, technical material into an exciting and memorable learning experience, he shines in stand-up training as well as during webinars that he conducts for Everblue.
Greg's professional training experiences have taken him throughout the US and abroad (e.g., Dubai and India). Prior to joining Everblue, Greg lived in Bangalore where he provided communication skills and cross-cultural sensitivity training in India's IT, financial services, and outsourcing sectors. A native of Florida, Greg is also an adjunct instructor at the University of Miami where he teaches presentation skills and related business communications courses.
